Wednesday Night Rehearsal

  • Upload the rehearsal recording.
    • At 8:00pm, check https://studio.resi.io/ to ensure that the stream is firing properly. This is a good time to check audio, as well!
    • After 8:15, the YouTube version will be available and the rehearsal recording will be ready to go.
    • At any point after 8:15, navigate to the YouTube destination in the Resi stream and click "watch on YouTube". Copy the YouTube stream's URL and head to Planning Center. On the respective week's page, scroll to the Files section and click "Add". Choose "File Link" and paste the rehearsal recording.
    • Video guide here!

Sunday Checklist

  • Before Sunday morning rehearsal, restart the house-lights dimmer panel.
    • In the Frontline tool room adjacent to the green room, turn off the large safety switch labeled "Panel 3", wait 5-10 seconds, then flip it back on.
    • When returning to the worship center, you should see that all house lights are fully on.
  • Sometime between 7:45 and 8:30, check studio.resi.io on the producer computer to verify that the test stream fired properly.
  • Walk through the lobby to confirm that all tv's are on and functioning properly.
  • During rehearsal, check that we have sound in the lobby and that it's at a decent volume.
  • Shortly after 9:10, check studio.resi.io to confirm that the livestream is being distributed to Facebook, YouTube, and Frontlinegr.com/live.
  • After second service, upload the sermon recordings.
    • Remove the SD Cards from the Hyperdeck recorders and plug them into the producer computer.
    • Open the "Sermon Upload" bookmark in Google Chrome; this will open a Google Drive folder labeled "Frontline".
    • Drag the week's recordings into this folder.
