STARTUP CHECKLIST

  1. Follow the system on procedure here
  2. Make sure the software MagicQ is open
  3. Ensure both the Thumb Drives for Video are formatted and ready to record services
  4. Check that all TV’s are turned on in the lobby
    1. If they are not formatted correct, follow this guide
  5. Ensure the lobby and outside speakers are unmuted and passing audio

SHUTDOWN CHECKLIST

  1. Ensure Thumb Drives for video is not recording anymore
  2. Turn on PSET1 on the clamshell by the lighting computer
  3. Press SHIFT + RELEASE on the lighting board (You should see all the colored lights disapear)
  4. Press all of the off buttons on one of the white remotes
  5. If the guitar amp was used, ensure that it is turned off
  6. Make sure there are no lights left on in the tech booth / Green Room / Live Mix Room
