Producer's Checklist

Producers provide leadership and oversight to the tech team. They invest in the team relationally and spiritually, foster creative collaboration and the pursuit of growth among the team, and ensure that services encourage everyone to respond to the Holy Spirit.

Rehearsal

• Always look for opportunities to shepherd the team spiritually and coach them technically. The most important part of your role is leading the team!
• Check-in with each team member. Ensure that they're set up for success to serve well in their role.
• Look through the Planning Center service flow to make sure we're prepped for each element of service.
• Check that the rehearsal recording is functioning in Resi.
  • The encoder starts at 7:45 pm.
  • Rehearsal "recording" starts at 8:15 pm and is available on YouTube from then on.
• Check the livestream mix. Ensure that the click track is turned on in the livestream.

Sunday

• Check-in with each team member. Ensure that they're set up for success to serve well in their role.
• Make sure lobby audio is turned on and is mixed well.
• Check that Lobby TV's are displaying the appropriate digital signage or livestream feed.
• Check that the livestream is functioning in Resi.
  • Test stream goes live at 7:45 am.
  • 1st service goes live at 9:10 am.
  • 2nd service goes live at 10:55 am.
