đŸŽ„ ONLINE CHAT HOST GUIDE

Creating a welcoming, encouraging space during livestreamed services. Help people who are joining online take their next step towards being a part of the Frontline church community.

BEFORE SERVICE

Log in before service starts to engage with early attenders.

Greet early attendees with phrases like "Good morning! We’re so glad you’re here. Service starts soon—say hi and let us know where you’re watching from!”

DURING SERVICE

Comment occasionally and thoughtfully. If there isn't a conversation to engage in, an occasional short message can set the standard.

Examples: “Such a powerful message!” “Amen!”

Answer questions quickly and kindly

Be ready to share links (e.g., giving, next steps, prayer)

Encourage connection. For example: “Need prayer? Drop a comment or go to frontlinegr.com/prayer—we’d love to pray with you.”

AFTER SERVICE

Thank viewers for coming. For example: “Thanks for joining us today—have a great week!”

Prompt a next step. For example: “Want to connect more? Visit frontlinegr.com/new to plan your visit!
