Reserving Rooms (ZC Internal)

When planning a meeting or event, if you create an event in your Google Calendar, you will be able to reserve a room. If you do not see the room you'd like available. Check with your church's admin to see what your options are for rescheduling, using a different room, or other solutions.
How to Reserve a Room
- Navigate to Calendar.Google.com and make sure are logged in with your Zero Collective issued email.
- Create a new calendar event and as you are entering your title and time, click on the room option under the location option
- After clicking rooms you'll be given an option for rooms you use frequently, or you can click "Browse all rooms and resources"
- If you browse all rooms, click the carrot to show rooms at your church
- You will be given a list of rooms with the capacity listed below the title, crossed out rooms at the bottom of the list are not available (booked in another calendar event)
- If you need a room that is not listed as available, check with your church admin to figure out a solution
