## If you regularly update digital signage, you should have received the username and password.
## Otherwise, ask the tech director for these credentials
# Add new content to the assets database
## Navigate to the "assets" tab.
## Select the "add" button and upload your file(s).
## Once the file is uploaded, you can skip the choice to add a category or a validity period, and simply press "continue".
## The file can now be found in the same assets window. From there, you can assign to a playlist or use the playlist tab for more detailed content updates.
# Update the playlist
## Navigate to the "playlists" tab.
## Select the playlist you want to update. Each TV has its own playlist.
## Use the check boxes to select what content is in the playlist.
##* By default, videos are set to play for the full length of the file, and photos or slides are set to a duration of 10 seconds. This can be updated using the duration setting that appears when an asset is checked.
