* We will pray for you and be there for you in every season of life.
* We will work to keep all of our spaces clean, organized, and managed.
* We will come prepared, prayed up, and on time.
* We will have our serving schedule to you at least one month in advance (including songs, keys and orders in PCO).
* We will remain open-handed with our plans so that we can respond to the Spirit’s leading.

* Be a worshiper. Make it about Jesus and not about yourself.
* Be practiced, prepared, and prayed up and on time.
* Be present and engaged with worship even when you’re not serving on the team.
* Respond promptly to scheduling requests and communicate what would be helpful for us to know.
* Adhere to The Zero Collective core beliefs, values, and expectations as defined in our guiding principles.
* Be a representative of Jesus in all manners of dress, speech, and behavior both personally and publicly.
